Green Creek Education platform offers nurse aide training. We are expanding rapidly and need entrepreneurial nurse educators to contract within the U.S. We are looking for RN’s to guide and coach online nurse aide courses. All work is completed remotely. If facilities need an onsite clinical instructor you may have the opportunity to contract with them to fill that position. Work when you want and for the pay you deserve.
TEACH FACILITIES IN YOUR AREA HOW TO GROW THEIR STAFF from WITHIN
When the agency isn’t affordable, the community college spots aren’t available, and the millennials don’t want to sit in a classroom,- I mean, who does? There is another affordable alternative. Green Creek Education has developed an educational program to help solve the CNA staffing shortage. We have a unique, blended approach created to help facilities. We offer online didactic coursework with a professional instructor. We complement that with hands-on, in-person clinical skills training within the facility or we can help find a neighboring community willing to partner. Lab and clinical skills training is conducted by the facility instructor or you could be the contracted instructor.
CNA ONLINE TRAINING COACH RESPONSIBILITIES
Guide and support online training instruction for students. Motivate and counsel students in areas of training, or study habits. Engage with students to encourage their participation and learning while maintaining respect. Coordinate with onsite instructor or become the clinical onsite instructor to set up the course and as necessary to resolve issues affecting student training. Evaluate student progress on a continuing basis, by monitoring student analytics throughout the course. Work to establish and maintain open lines of communication with students and onsite instructor concerning due dates of assignments, tests, and student progress. Earn additional money by finding new facilities in your area that need our innovative blended CNA online training program to help solve their workforce issues.

REQUIREMENTS
RN with unencumbered license and 2 years of nursing experience as a RN in long term care (this requirement may vary by State). Must have completed state required method of instruction/train the trainer teaching certification if required in your state. Must have basic computer skills. Must have working computer or tablet with internet connection. Must possess great customer service skills.
